The basis for the Felsenriss Beer Liqueur is naturally pure South Tyrolean Bock beer. This special beer is produced by the brewmasters of the Batzen craft brewery in Bolzano. It is characterized by a higher alcohol content, more intense malt notes and a milder bitter note.
The Bock beer is complemented by our own hop distillate, a specially composed sugar solution and unadulterated spring water from Völlan.
