Nevertheless, with a correspondingly low yield, the Vernatsch grape can produce a high-quality, very fruity and light red wine. A special red wine that suits almost any occasion. Exactly these characteristics are also reflected in the Felsenriss Vernatsch Grappa.

Only marc from the family vineyard is used for this grappa. This ensures that the pomace is fresh and juicy - i.e. not pressed. Particularly through these juicy pomace, the Felsenriss Vernatsch Grappa attains its very soft taste.

In order to preserve the complexity of the aroma in the best possible way, the marcs are distilled in a double distillation process and the heart of the distillation is stored in stainless steel tanks for about 1 year. The final touch is given by the marriage with naturally pure spring water from Völlan.

The Felsenriss Vernatsch Grappa is particularly suitable as an accompaniment or conclusion to a substantial South Tyrolean Speckbrettl.
