Heuschnaps

This unique spirit is based on a traditional Grappa made from Vernatsch pomace, enhanced by a gentle maceration of alpine hay. The hay blend includes hand-picked mountain herbs, blossoms, and grasses gathered at high altitudes and traditionally dried.

Through this careful infusion, the grappa gains a smoother texture and develops its signature hay-like aroma and herbaceous, botanical character. On the nose, it evokes freshly cut alpine meadows; on the palate, it reveals balanced and aromatic depth.
