It all began at the Fischerhof in Girlan

For more than 50 years, the marcs of our own grapes have been processed into high-quality grappas and various tasty fruits into first-class award-winning brandies or liqueurs at my parents' farm, the Fischerhof Distillery in Girlan. Even as a young boy I looked over my parents' shoulders at their work: helped them with the harvest, accompanied the quality control and copied a thing or two during marketing. And that hasn't changed... even today I still do a lot myself, personally selecting the local fruit for my distillates and taking care of everything that comes up in my own distillery (including craft work).
